1. How to connect to the WiFi

Using the student network password and student ID, you can connect to the WiFi by putting that information in the appropriate  fields.

2. Frozen Computer

Did you try turning it off and on again?

3. Optical Drive

The optical drive is not a coffee holder, it is meant for CDs

4. Computer wont turn on

Try charging it before turning it on, if that doesn't work, their may be something wrong and you should contact the help desk.

5. Slow Computers?

To fasten your PC, it is recommended to delete older/larger files which are not in use.
